Megan Green

Megan Green is the General Manager of Reliance Real Estate, working closely with CEO Sunil Kumar and the wider leadership team to drive operational excellence across the business. With over 15 years’ experience supporting senior executives, Megan brings a strong background in strategic planning, communication, and business operations.

Before joining Reliance, Megan supported C-suite leaders in the public health sector, including at Barwon Health and The Alfred Hospital. She was named Australia’s Best Executive Assistant in 2016 and was a finalist for CEO Magazine’s EA of the Year in 2018.

Megan holds a degree in Professional Writing and Editing and has edited and published several books by Australian authors. Outside of work, she is a passionate advocate for kindness and personal growth, a published poet, songwriter, kickboxer, and proud mother of three adult children.
