Sunil Kumar is an entrepreneur with a plan: to give back; grow his people; make change and create leaders. Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Real Estate, Sunil's strong sales and marketing background enhances his commitment to the people of Reliance, bringing the best of the best to servicing the Western Suburbs.

Sunil’s focus for his teams is to create better leaders; a bigger and brighter future for team members, and a happier future for all who work together to create a successful business for teams and clients alike. Sunil’s dreams to develop real estate agents with a higher standard of service; to get committed drive from recruits; attract new and amazingly talented people and lead them to greater success.

Sunil instils the importance of always doing your best. Whether for himself, his teams, or even his family. This, alongside his socially concerned, and public-spirited initiatives, focusses on the quality of life for those in the community, as well as the well-being of all who work at Reliance.

Sunil completed his Master of Accounting from the University of Ballarat and Bachelor of Economics in India. He is a believer in the early morning routine for success; and his passion is to create a brighter future for all.

All proceeds from Sunil’s book, From the Ground Up, 7 Principles for Building a Business Fast go to charity, with 50% going to help underprivileged kids in India gain an education, and 50% going to the Reliance Foundation to help people in need within the community.
